Get in touch and tell us a little about your event, your date, your preferred colours and the overall look you’re dreaming of. Inspiration photos, Pinterest boards and mood boards are always welcome!

We’ll work with you to bring your ideas together, recommending floral pieces and styling options that complement your vision. You’ll receive a tailored proposal with your selected florals, package inclusions and pricing for you to review.

03. Secure Your Booking

Once you’re happy with your proposal, we’ll guide you through the booking process. Your date is secured once the required deposit has been paid and your floral hire agreement has been signed.

04. The Details Come Together

As your event approaches, we’ll finalise the floral selections and any delivery, collection or setup arrangements. Our aim is to make the process feel easy, organised and enjoyable from start to finish.

We also offer floral styling for hens parties, boat celebrations and other special occasions.

How much do your wedding florals cost?

Pricing depends on the arrangements you choose, the quantities required and any delivery, installation or styling involved. Once we understand your vision, we'll prepare a personalised proposal outlining your selected florals and associated costs, so you can make an informed decision.

Can I customise my floral arrangements?

Of course! We love working with you to bring your vision to life. We can discuss your preferred colours, floral styles, overall aesthetic and the pieces you'd like to include. Inspiration images, Pinterest boards and mood boards are always welcome.

How do I secure my booking?

Once you're happy with your personalised proposal, we'll provide the booking documents, including your floral hire agreement and invoice. Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been paid and the agreement has been signed.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend enquiring as early as possible, particularly for popular wedding dates and peak wedding seasons in the Whitsundays. This gives us plenty of time to plan your florals and finalise the details. Last-minute enquiries are welcome, subject to availability.

Do you deliver and set up the florals?

Delivery, setup and collection options are discussed as part of your proposal. These arrangements depend on your venue, location and the styling required. We'll outline the agreed logistics and any associated costs before your booking is finalised.

Where do you service?

The Collective Bloom Whitsundays services the Whitsundays region, including, Airlie Beach, Proserpine, Cape Gloucester and surrounding areas. If your event is outside our usual service area, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?

That's completely okay! You don't need to have every detail figured out before getting in touch. Share whatever inspiration you have, along with your date, venue and preferred colours, and we'll help guide you through the options to create a floral look that feels right for you.

When do I return the hired florals?

Collection and return arrangements will be confirmed before your event. Depending on your booking, florals may be collected after your celebration or on an agreed date. We'll make sure you know exactly what's required so you can enjoy your day without unnecessary stress.

Can I purchase my bouquet instead of hiring it?

Selected purchase and custom-made options may be available, depending on the design and your requirements. If you'd love to keep your bridal bouquet as a lasting memento, let us know when enquiring and we'll discuss the available options.
